Mozilla has just released the new version of Firefox web browser on PC, Mac, Linux, and Android. The new version, Firefox 34, brings a number of changes and new features to both the desktop and mobile version. One thing that stands out of the new features of Firefox for Android version 34 is the ability to cast Firefox browser tabs to Chromecast.

Firefox for Android version 33 added the support to stream video to a nearby Chromecast or Roku Streaming Stick. But you couldn’t just cast a regular tab from your Firefox to either of the TV stick just like you could with a Chromecast and Chrome browser on Android. The new version removes this limitation allowing you to mirror your Firefox browser tab from your Android to the big screen using Chromecast.
